  • Location: Horsham, West Sussex, United Kingdom
  • Earnings: £24,975 per annum

We work to prevent youth homelessness across Sussex and Surrey and provide a home to 763 young people every night. We reach a further 10,000 young people and their families through our other key services, such as counselling, support and advice, mediation, and youth work, so that all young people can belong, contribute, and thrive. You can hear our inspiring Young People's Stories HERE.

The Horsham Y Centre provides housing to 50 young people. The focus of our work is to support the development of the young people's skills and their confidence with their independent living skills. This enables the young people to move on from supported accommodation and live independently. Our work takes a trauma-informed and advantage thinking approach and uses an asset-based model with a focus on safeguarding.
